Classical music

Classical music may mean different things to different people, but an outstanding meaning for it is stated below.

It is an imprecise or broad term, which oftentimes refers to music produced in the traditions of Western art, in the 18th century.

There are difference between the European classical music and the non-European. The major difference is by the staff notation. This staff acts for prescribing the pitch, speed, rhythms, and meter to the performer by the classical music composer.

From the 20th century, the taste and appreciation of this kind of music have dropped and taken over by popular music. Although, there are still large appreciation of this music in many other parts of the world, but in the USA and UK, it is suffered a less appreciation.

Classical music is simply known as written music kept in music notation. They are not usually orally transmitted. This method is transmitting music into musical notes is very effective, because the written music has the technical instructions for performing. In the written musical notations, there are instructions for tempo, dynamics, and expression which is usually carried out by the performer.

These performers are well educated musically, and they have the knowledge of idiom, and vast musical experience.

Classical music concerts are often times done in a very quiet and solemn atmosphere. The quietness of the atmosphere and environment brings about the concentration to the music without any distraction.

Also, performers come in formal dressings and they don't personally relate with their audience classical music concert as in popular music.
